Capture & buffer
Sentinel replaces the dashcam USB drive. The car records to it continuously; buffered writes mean clips finish cleanly even through a power cut.
Offload on trusted Wi-Fi
Back home, the device joins your network and streams clips to your NAS on the LAN — or to your cloud via short-lived, presigned uploads over a TLS-pinned channel.
Review in the portal
Clips are indexed by day, hour and type. All camera angles play in sync; NAS clips stream at home from the device itself.
Your footage, your storage
The bytes never pass through us.
The cloud brokers access and indexes metadata — it never proxies the video bytes.
Footage is written straight into your own Dropbox app folder or your own NAS. We don’t keep a copy — there’s nothing on our end to hand over, leak, or lose.
To watch a clip, the portal mints a short-lived link and your browser streams the bytes directly from your provider. Uploads use presigned, put-only credentials.
Every device-to-cloud connection is mutual-TLS and TLS-pinned. The device opens no inbound ports; remote diagnostics run only when you ask, over an outbound tunnel.
